Welcome to Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, visiting our website, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they set expectations for both you (the customer) and us (the service provider).

1. Business Information

Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC is a limited liability company formed in Connecticut and operates under Connecticut law.

2. Booking & Appointments

Clients may book services via our website form, phone, or text.

To keep your appointment, you must confirm your availability at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment and have 36 hours to reply. If not confirmed, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe working conditions, hostile behavior, unrealistic expectations, or requests outside the scope of our detailing services.

3. Payments
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (processed via Square), and Zelle. Credit card transactions are subject to a 2.6% processing fee.

Payment is due upon completion of service. Pre-payment is optional.

Additional Charges:

Heavily soiled vehicles may be billed at $100 per additional hour of work.

Pet hair removal, stain extraction, and scratch removal are billed at $25 per 15 minutes of work.

Customers will always be informed of these charges in advance and may decline additional services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule at any time without penalty.

In the event of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Liability & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle before service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles (including scratches, dents, fading, or permanent stains).

While we take the highest care, we are not liable for damages or results caused by conditions outside our control, including:

• Pre-existing wear and tear

• Weather conditions

6. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our work and strive to deliver the best possible results. In rare cases, some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully correctable.

Customers will be notified in advance if results may be limited. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly return to address the issue.

7. Website & Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, logos, and text are the property of Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent or abusive use of our website, booking system, or communication channels is not allowed.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Any disputes must be resolved in Connecticut courts or through small claims/arbitration in Connecticut.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
